  2. Documents reviewedComplete, valid and with your details written the same way on all of them.
  3. Your appointmentWe take care of that.
  4. PreparationWhat to bring, what the appointment is like and what the interview is like.
  5. Follow-upUntil your procedure is completed. If the authority cancels your appointment, we look for a new one at no additional cost.

You find out when your appointment is ready. No service guarantees dates or results.

Private service. We are not part of the government. The appointment is free at citas.sre.gob.mx and citas.sat.gob.mx, and you can do your procedure yourself. If you prefer that we take care of the work, we charge for supporting you.

On your own or with Tramity

You can do it on your own. It is much more work than it seems.

The appointment is free on the official portal of Mexico's Ministry of Foreign Affairs (SRE) or of the SAT, and the requirements are public. What you do not see is everything else: requirements spread across several pages, a portal that almost never shows dates, and details that, if they contain a mistake, make you lose the appointment. We take care of that part.

On your own

You do all of this

  • Find out which procedure applies to you and which documents your office asks for.
  • Check that your name is written the same way on all your papers.
  • Create your account on the portal and choose the right type of appointment.
  • Log in to see if there is a slot. The portal does not always show dates.
  • Log in again. Slots appear at any time and are gone in minutes.
  • Log in again in the early hours, just in case.
  • Type in your details in a hurry, before the slot is gone.
  • Prepare for the interview without knowing what you will be asked.
  • If your appointment is cancelled, start over.
  • And in the meantime, get on with your life.

With Tramity

You do three things

  1. You tell us about your case.
  2. You send us copies of your documents.
  3. You go to your appointment, prepared.

We take care of the rest. You find out when your appointment is ready. If the authority cancels it, we look for a new one at no additional cost.

What does not change: you go in person, you pay the government fees directly to the authority, and the decision on your procedure belongs to the authority. Neither we nor anyone else can promise you a date or a result.

Differences between doing your procedure on your own and with Tramity
AspectOn your ownWith Tramity
The requirementsYou gather them yourself, from the office's page, notices and forms that do not always match. They also change depending on your nationality, the type of procedure and whether you already have an authorization. We tell you which ones apply to your case, and only those.
Your documentsYou review them yourself, without knowing what the office will look at. A surname written differently on two papers, a missing copy or an expired document can cost you the appointment. We review them with you, one by one, before the appointment.
Getting the appointmentAt the offices with the most demand, the portal almost never shows dates. Slots appear at any time, sometimes in the early hours, and are gone in minutes. You have to log in again and again, sometimes for weeks. We take care of that. You carry on with your own things and find out when your appointment is ready.
The appointment detailsYou type them in a hurry, before the slot is gone. One letter too many or too few can cause you problems on the day of the appointment, and you have to start over.We enter them with the details from your documents, already reviewed.
Your timeHours in front of the portal, at whatever time it takes, on top of your work and your family. You spend it gathering your documents and going to your appointment.
Your questionsYou research every question yourself, in forums and videos that do not always match your office or your case. You write to us on WhatsApp and we answer about your case.
The appointment or the interviewYou arrive with whatever you managed to find out.We tell you what to bring, what the appointment is like and what the interview is like.
If your appointment is cancelledYou go back to the beginning: to the portal, to look for another slot.We look for a new one, at no additional cost.
How much it costsThe appointment is free on the official portal of the SRE or of the SAT. The cost is your time. Our fees, depending on your procedure. We give you the cost before we start.
What does not changeYou go in person, you pay the government fees directly to the authority, and the decision on your procedure belongs to the authority.

Procedures we support

Today: visas for Mexico, passports, consular procedures and SAT.

Visas for Mexico

For people of another nationality who apply for a visa at a Mexican embassy or consulate: visitor, student, residence, or with authorization (NUT) from the National Institute of Migration (INM). It is done in person and with an interview, and at many offices getting the appointment is the hardest part.

Guides, with examples by country:

Procedures with the SAT

e.firma, RFC registration and other SAT procedures. Several do not need an appointment, and we tell you which ones. The e.firma and the RFC are free.

How to start

Starting means writing to us.

  1. You tell us about your case

Which procedure you need, for whom, and in which country or office.

  2. We give you the cost

Our fees vary by procedure and case. We tell you how much yours costs before we start.

  3. We get to work

We guide you, review your documents and, when one is needed, take care of your appointment. We write to you when there is news about your procedure.

What our support includes →

Clear from the start

What we take care of and what we cannot promise you.

No service guarantees a date or the result of a procedure. The authority decides that, and we prefer that you know it before you start.

Your data, for your procedures and nothing else.

  • We do not keep your originals. We work with copies; your passport and your documents stay with you.
  • We do not ask you for passwords. Neither your SAT password (Contraseña) nor your SAT e.firma.
  • The copies are deleted 30 days after your procedure is completed. Your data, the history of your procedures and your payments are kept so we can follow up with you; if you ask us to delete them, we anonymize them. The details are in the privacy notice.

What we do not do or promise.

  • We are not the SRE, the SAT or the INM. We are a private service.
  • We do not promise dates or results. When there are appointments and what is decided is up to the authority.
  • We do not collect government fees. They are paid directly to the authority.
  • We do not resell or transfer appointments. Each one is for the person doing the procedure.
  • We do not represent you before the authority. We prepare the procedure with you; you are the one who goes to the appointment.

For agencies

Do you have an agency? You look after your clients; we work on their procedures.

You register each case in the panel. We review the file, take care of the appointment and let you know. From the panel you see where each procedure stands.

Frequently asked questions

What people ask before writing to us.

The rest, in more detail, are in how we work.

Is Tramity part of the government?

No. Tramity is a private service that supports people with procedures, with no relationship with the SRE, the SAT or the INM. The appointment with the authority is free on the official government portals and you can book it yourself.

If the appointment is free, what do you charge for?

Our support: knowing which procedure fits your case, gathering the requirements that apply, reviewing your documents before the appointment, taking care of the appointment when the procedure requires one, preparing you for the appointment or the interview, and staying with you until it is completed. Our fees vary by procedure, and we give you the cost before we start.

What happens if the authority cancels my appointment?

We look for a new one at no additional cost and stay with you until your procedure is completed.

Do you guarantee a date or that my procedure will be approved?

No. When there are appointments and what is decided is up to the authority. Our job is for you to arrive with everything in order and well prepared.

Tell us about your case

Would you rather not take on all that work?

Tell us about your case. We tell you what you need and how much it costs before we start.
